IB Revija

IB Revija was a professional journal with a long tradition, published between 1966 and 2020. It featured papers addressing development issues from a range of methodological, empirical and theoretical perspectives, including macroeconomic, microeconomic, social, environmental and spatial aspects at both the national and regional levels.

IB Revija was not a specialised economics journal; it also published contributions by experts in sociology, law and geography. Through its interdisciplinary approach to development issues, it filled a gap in Slovenia’s professional landscape, where specialised and more narrowly focused journals predominated. The journal was published several times a year, mainly in Slovenian, with occasional contributions in English. It was indexed in the e-JEL and EconLit databases.
